The wedding ceremony will be held at Jernbanegade 26, 7100 Vejle 

- Please account for heavy summer traffic!

Doors open at 12.30 and the ceremony, held in danish, begins at 13:00.

Please don't photograph the wedding ceremony - a professional photographer will capture the moment, and we'd much rather want You to sit back and enjoy.

Children are welcome to attend.

Hotel Vejlefjord

The venue for our celebration is found at Sanatorievej 26, 7140 Stouby.

Check-in starts at 14:00 Saturday and we kindly ask guests to check-out by 11:00 Sunday.

Breakfast is served 8:00-10:30. 

Should You choose to visit the SPA after checking out, access can be bought at a reduced price (see SPA-section below) where towels and changing facilities with lockers ate available at Your convenience.

All rooms in the main building are reserved to Our guests, but two restaurants and the SPA is open to public - please show appropriate consideration.

The evening program

We kindly invite You for pre-dinner drinks at the Hotel Terrace, Saturday at 16:30,

where the wedding couple will join after completing their photography session. 

Dresscode: Black Tie Optional.

Dinner is held in Kongesalen, found below the terrace, beginning at 18:00 - ending at 04:00.

SPA

Vejlefjord Hotel is renowned for their large and exquisite SPA facilities, with hot and cold pools, a Thalasso SPA, multiple saunas, as well as outdoor facilities. We've negotiated heavily discounted rates, should You wish to purchase acces to the facilities.

Daily access can be purchased for 275 DKK pr person/day (normal rate 595 DKK), and include refreshments ad libitum.

Getting there:

The easiest way to get to the church and to the venue is by car.

It will take around 25 minutes to drive between to the two locations. 

Vejle Fjord Hotel is situated a 30 min drive from Billund Airport and 2,5 hours from Copenhagen Airport (notice there is a toll-bridge driving from Zealand).
